Branch manager qualifications

We’re selective about our branch managers. Qualified candidates will demonstrate:

  • At least two years of origination experience with all loan types
  • An ability to produce upwards of $1,000,000 per month
  • Some managerial or supervisory experience
  • A commitment to teamwork
  • Verifiable industry references
  • A good credit standing, especially in the last 12-24 months
  • A clean background check on criminal activity and regulation
